I've spent 3 years coaching travel soccer with players ages 8–16, after playing at the youth academy level myself. The combination of playing and coaching experience shapes every session I run.

Every player develops differently. We evaluate where each athlete is, decide what they need most, and build sessions around that — technical repetition first, then real game intelligence. The plan is mine to set; the results are theirs to earn.
